I recommend you read this page. Many products don't help. If you want to learn more about the subject, you can also find me on Twitter, Facebook and Google+.
Testosterone replacement (TR) pills are the most common form of testosterone used in men. In the United States, more than 10,000 patents are granted per day for new TR products. Many TR pills have been approved to treat testosterone deficiencies, and even for other things like acne and hair growth. Some of these products also contain other substances, like estrogens. In fact, they can be dangerous. The most commonly used TR products for testosterone, at least at the moment, are: Propecia. Propecia is a brand of testosterone supplement. It has been approved by the FDA to treat symptoms of androgen deficiency (an underactive male hormone) in men. However, this is not an FDA approved prescription medication for treating an underactive male hormone. Instead, Propecia is a prescription medication for women who want to increase the male sex hormone testosterone. Propecia is typically taken for 12 months. At that point, your body will convert Propecia into testosterone. There are three main types of Propecia. There is the oral type (generic), which has less effect on the body.
